MY EXPERIENCE AND CLIMATE OF RGUKT RK VALLEY

I got the admission in the IDUPULAPAYA compus.i was listen about the place idupulapaya which is very famous due to the former chief minister Dr.Rajashekar reddy tomb is there so i exited to go there and compus also very big.

RGUKT is a place where you can find the toppers of the state not only in academics but also in various fields ranging from academics to sports and extra-curricular activities.
The climate of the collage is very nice.3 sides have been surrounded by the mountains so much of greenery


RGUKT RK VALLEY:-

1.Since this is a 6 year integrated b-tech programme you have PUC(pre-university course ) for 2 years and BTECH(4 years) and the method of studying is “learning by doing”.This means that you have to learn by yourself and the teachers will aid in clarifying your doubts and in increasing the subject you have learnt

2..you may be a topper till your schooling but once after you enter RGUKT if u don’t pay proper attention to your studies you may end up screwing up your grades badly.for me also happen same

3.Unlike other Institutes there will be less book studying and more laptop studying in RGUKT.Exams would be like 3 monthly tests(best 2 will be considered as internals) and End Semester Test(EST).

4.We have lot of playground here,you  can play with your friends near your dormitories and academic blocks.There will be good YOGA classes,BASKET BALL practice sessions,NCC(during sundays),MUSIC classes There is no shortage for entertainment in RGUKT RKVALLEY.

5.You can get any language movies .Everyone will be given some “x” outings per month. I mentioned as ‘x’ because i don’t know the perfect number.Finally you will get least outings

6.When I was in PUC we had 5 subjects per semester. In summer we were taught biology and IT(optional courses).RGUKT offers only 6 branches in engineering(MECHANICAL,ECE,CSE,CIVIL,MME,CHEMICAL).Branches will be allocated based on the marks scored by student in their first year of engineering which is a common year for all the students.However the case is quite different now.

7.Collage provide one  free laptop for 6 years with Internet access every time.

8.At the end of the  second semester we have “CYGNUS” which will be once for every academic year.Student can have a lot of fun during “CYGNUS” it is a kind of annual day here.
9.he good thing about RGUKT is that students can study with scholarship given by the state government.However at the end of 6 years the student has to pay the left-over due to the campus i paid 36000 at last
10.Coming to the hostel and dining facilities.Hostel rooms are spacious enough for 3 beds and the dining halls are also huge.RGUKT provide 5* food..Egg is served for 5 times a week,fruit (banana) everyday and chicken once a week. There is also a hospital in RGUKT for health issues.

11.Another best thing about RGUKT is we don’t have any ragging issues here.Seniors are very friendly and helpful.Faculty are also very co-operative.
12.one of my friends got AIR1 rank and AIR9,AIR33 in gate exam

POSITIVES:-
If you are looking for an Institute where you can finish all your graduation at one place RGUKT is your best pick . At the end of 6 years you will be having nearly 500 friends from your campus.This is the only place where there will be a balance of study and fun.

NEGATIVES:-
There is no particular curriculum so Anything can happen at RGUKT. . When I was in PUC we had 5 subjects now at present the students are having 8.Changes can happen at any moment here and you should be ready whatsoever.when i was in puc course is M.BI.P.C but now only M.P.C is there.
